We use a blended approach through awareness-raising , observation, feedback, formal assessment to evaluate you and your employees’ style, skills and approach which forms the basis for personal or organizational development plans, for the individual, your teams and your organization. We evaluate these against what is considered to be the essential elements that lead to best practice in leadership, based on up to date learning and research. This is not a one-off training course, as we have found that training alone is not sustainable with old practices returning within a short period of time. We use a very “hands-on” approach with longer term support in the workplace and aftercare.
